Last week Sub-Zero and Wolf launched the New Generation, a new series of products featuring more than 60 appliances engineered to excel in both performance and design. The New Generation of Sub-Zero products include even more advanced preservation features and sizes in the integrated refrigeration lineup. On the Wolf side, the product rollout features three new exterior styles and refinements in performance. Let’s take a look:
Sub-Zero New Generation: Seriously COOL
In addition to dual refrigeration, the newly advanced integrated refrigeration will feature more industry-leading preservation technology including air purification; water filtration; and low- temperature, high-humidity produce drawers. Also available in new widths. I was particularly enthused about their technologies that make produce last longer… we are all about fresh ingredients in my household.
Wolf New Generation: HOT as Ever…upping our Cooking Prowess.
New Wolf products will include a line of built-in ovens – the M series – featuring Dual VertiCrossTM convection for advanced cooking precision. Additional New Generation products include redesigned gas, electric and induction cooktops; integrated modules; microwaves; ventilation; and an all-new built-in coffee system. The control panels feel very i0s7, very high-tech, easy to use, incredibly intuitive. If you have a roast, or whatever, just start the dialogue with the panel on the oven and it will walk you through the steps to achieve delicious (as defined by you) results every time. No culinary school necessary…wow. Wolf makes you look like a HOT chef in your own kitchen. Turn up that heat, Wolf!
Name Your Style~
All of these products are styled to work within three striking design styles: classic and flexible “transitional,” ultra-sleek “contemporary,” and bold “professional.” All gorgeous. While I loved them all, I think I would personally lean toward the professional style.
Media Event: What we did, who attended…
An action packed couple of days of presentations, factory tours, no shortage of the best food ever, demo kitchens (better than your fantasy kitchen, way better…), hands on product demos, Chef product demos, Q&A with Sub-Zero and Wolf Execs, and Wisconsin hospitality. These people have upped the game of kitchen technology to new levels of hot and cold excellence. I’ll have one of everything, please…

Thank you for sharing your time at SubZero/Wolf can’t wait to learn more. Isn’t their technology for keeping food fresh amazing. Biggest mistake I made 8 years ago when we did our kitchen was not waiting (saving) and spending the money on the SubZero for just that reason. Love the video!!!
Yes, Lisa, amazing technologies, love their products. Thanks for the kind words.
Finally watched this! Awesome video (love the music)! Great idea to put it all to video. You are an amazing photographer! Have a great weekend!
Thanks Cathy, Loved meeting you there.
oh wao! All this is so good to know. I have always loved their products. I always had subzero refrigerators except in this house….and boy do I miss it. But my next one will have them for sure!
I like anything that will keep my produce fresh longer, especially the produce I grow in my garden. As to starting a dialogue with my control panel, I started laughing because I had a mental picture of the oven and I having a chat. As to the choices, I’m all for professional too.
Ha! Alexandra, you would love the oven/user control panel chat- impressive!!
